Last Saturday while on patrol, Officer Matthew Banta, saw two men on McGrath Drive all dressed in black. There had been multiple car thefts in the area, and being suspicious, Officer Banta stopped them. While they were talking, Officer Banta noticed they were carrying stolen objects from cars. They were arrested, and taken to the Bergen County Jail.

That was a very observant officer. I wonder how much more we could help others if we'd be more observant! Nice reporting!
